Returns & Shipping

Our products are handmade, and for that reason they are final sale and not returnable.  They are made with care but naturally, may have slight variances. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason - please contact me directly and lets make it right.

Shipping is selected by the customer at check out with the option of: USPS or UPS.  Order will ship within 48 hours of being placed and you will be provided a tracking number once your order is fulfilled and packed, this will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Once your purchase has been dropped at the carriers facility, The Goodside Company, LLC no longer has control of delivery or shipping outcomes. If you perfer to have shipping insurance, please note in the comments during checkout as there will be additional charges.  Currently only shipping to the US.
